AACS Autographs is offering a very unique item this week! It’s a fantastic vintage baseball turned into a lighter hand-signed by seventeen 1934 U.S. baseball tour of Japan members, including: Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Jimmie Foxx, Connie Mack, Moe Berg, Lefty Gomez, Earl Averill, Charlie Gehringer and many more! The piece comes with a LOA from JSA! This is definitely one of the most unique items we’ve ever offered. We hope you enjoy it!

Folk singer Mary Travers of the group Peter, Paul and Mary has passed away from leukemia at age 72.

Hollywood legend Patrick Swayze has passed away at age 57. The Dirty Dancing star had been fighting a long battle with cancer.

A crypt above Marilyn Monroe’s grave recently sold on eBay for over $4.6 million! It was sold by an elderly woman hoping to use the proceeds to pay her mortgage. Unfortunately, the winning bidder refused to pony up the money.
On a related note, a mom from Arkansas auctioned off the naming rights to her unborn son on eBay. She was hoping to raise $25,000 to pay her bills but the auction closed for only a little over $6,000. Once again, the high bidder failed to pay.
Unfortunately, this is an all-too-common experience for the average seller on eBay. With these high-profile auctions, eBay banned the non-paying high bidders for life. Unfortunately, they do not do the same for the average seller. For average sellers, non-payers can renege time and again with little-to-no consequences. This is a problem eBay could easily fix but chooses not to. Unfortunately, eBay makes a great deal of money off of fees from unpaid auctions so they have very little incentive to make this problem a priority.

Brett Favre has done yet another about-face and has signed with the Minnesota Vikings. Being located just south of the Minnesota border, I can almost hear the celebrations of the Vikings fans.
According to TMZ, a treasure trove of Michael Jackson memorabilia is missing.

According to the AP, the Philadelphia Eagles have signed Michael Vick to a one year contract with a team option for a 2nd year.
As repulsive as his actions were, we’re glad to see Vick getting a second chance. Hopefully he’ll make the most of it.
Guitar legend Les Paul has passed away today. In addition to being a music legend, he was also a fantastic person and will be sorely missed!
